"On amendments to the Resolution of the Akimat of Pavlodar region
dated February 27, 2023 No. 46/2 "On some issues in the field
of agro-industrial complex in Pavlodar region for 2023"
The Department of Agriculture of the Pavlodar region has prepared a draft resolution of the Akimat of the Pavlodar region "On amendments to the resolution of the Akimat of the Pavlodar region dated February 27, 2023 No. 46/2 "On some issues in the field of agro-industrial complex in the Pavlodar region for 2023".
The project was developed in accordance with sub-paragraphs 4), 7) of paragraph 2 of Article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 8, 2005 "On state regulation of the development of the agro-industrial complex and rural territories", Order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 15, 2019 No. 108 "On approval of the Rules for subsidizing the development of livestock breeding, increasing productivity and the quality of livestock products".
The adoption of the Project will not entail negative socio-economic and/or legal consequences.
The project was posted on the portal "Open NPAs" on July 27, 2023, in addition, it was sent to the Public Council of the region for recommendations https://legalacts.egov.kz/arm/admin/viewcard?id=14646828
