to the draft resolution of the Akimat of Pavlodar region
On approval of the list of subsidized
pesticides and subsidy rates, as well as the amount
of budget funds for subsidizing pesticides for 2023
The purpose of the adoption of this resolution is the payment of subsidies to agricultural producers to reimburse the costs of purchased pesticides intended for processing against weeds, pests and diseases.
The resolution was developed in accordance with Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", paragraph 78 of the Rules for subsidizing crop yield and Quality Improvement, approved by Order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2020 No. 107, letter of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 02/28/2023 No. 2823 on approval the list of subsidized pesticides and subsidy rates, as well as the amount of subsidies.

The total amount under the budget program will amount to 1,566,602.0 thousand tenge.
