On approval of the list and norms of subsidies for pesticides, bioagents (entomophages), as well as the amount of budget funds
for subsidizing pesticides, bioagents (entomophages) for 2023
In accordance with Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", paragraph 78 of the Rules for Subsidizing crop yield and Quality Increase, approved by Order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2020 No. 107 "On approval of the Rules for subsidizing crop yield and quality increase" (registered in In the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 20209), the Akimat of Pavlodar region DECIDES:
Approve:
the list and norms of subsidies for pesticides, bioagents (entomophages) for 2023 according to the annex to this resolution;
the volume of budget funds for subsidizing pesticides, bioagents (entomophages) for 2023 in the amount of 1,566,602,000 (One billion five hundred sixty-six million six hundred two thousand) tenge.
The State institution "Department of Agriculture of Pavlodar region" in accordance with the procedure established by law to provide:
state registration of this resolution in the territorial body of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the Akimat of Pavlodar region.
To assign control over the execution of this resolution to the supervising deputy akim of the Pavlodar region.
This resolution is put into effect after the day of its first official publication
