to the draft resolution of the Akimat of Pavlodar region
"On approval of the amount of budget funds
for subsidizing the development of seed production for each category
of subsidized seeds for 2023"
The purpose of the adoption of this resolution is to approve the amount of budget funds for subsidizing the development of seed production for each category of subsidized seeds for 2023.
The resolution was developed in accordance with Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", paragraph 38 of the Rules for Subsidizing Crop Yield and Quality Improvement, approved by Order No. 107 of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2020.
The project was posted on the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts dated February 6, 2023, and also sent to the public council of the akimat of the region https://legalacts.egov.kz/arm/admin/viewcard?id=14400860
For the implementation of this resolution, funds in the amount of 886,531. 0 thousand tenge were allocated from the budget under program 002 "Subsidizing the development of seed production".
