Press release to the draft resolution of the Akimat of the Pavlodar region On Amendments to the Resolution of the Akimat of the Pavlodar region dated June 14, 2022 No. 165/2 "On the abolition of the quarantine regime in the territory of the Pavlodar region in the volume of the areas of distribution of the creeping mustard and amendments to the resolution of the Akimat of the Pavlodar region dated September 18, 2020 No. 190/4 "On the establishment of a quarantine zone for gorchak creeping and midwives with the introduction of a quarantine regime in the territory of Pavlodar region"

The purpose of the adoption of this resolution is to establish a quarantine zone for the creeping mustard and the midwife with the introduction of a quarantine regime to ensure the protection of plant resources and plant products from damage and destruction by quarantine facilities in order to maintain food and raw material security of the region.

The resolution was developed in accordance with subparagraph in accordance with subparagraph 3) of Article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Plant Quarantine, submission of the Pavlodar Regional Territorial Inspection of the State Inspection Committee in the Agro-industrial Complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 03-06 (Pavlodar)/71-I dated 10.02.2023.
