The purpose of the adoption of this resolution is to approve the volume of budget funds for subsidizing the cost of mineral fertilizers (except organic) for 2023.
The resolution was developed in accordance with Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Order No. 107 of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2020 "On approval of the Rules for subsidizing the increase in yield and quality of crop production"..
The project was posted on the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts on January 16, 2023, and is relevant until January 30, 2023.

For the implementation of this resolution, funds in the amount of 914,414,000 (nine hundred fourteen million four hundred fourteen thousand) tenge were allocated from the local budget in the amount of program 047 "Subsidizing the cost of fertilizers (except organic)".
