In accordance with Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", by Order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2020 No. 107 "On approval of the Rules for subsidizing the increase in yield and quality of crop production" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 20209)
Akimat of Pavlodar region DECIDES:
To approve the attached list of subsidized types of fertilizers and subsidy rates for 1 ton (kilogram, liter) of fertilizers purchased from the fertilizer seller, as well as the amount of budget funds for subsidizing fertilizers (except organic) for 2023 in the amount of 914414000 (nine hundred fourteen million four hundred fourteen thousand) tenge.
The State institution "Department of Agriculture of Pavlodar region" in accordance with the procedure established by law to provide:
state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the Akimat of Pavlodar region.
Control over the implementation of this resolution should be entrusted to the supervising deputy akim of the Pavlodar region.
This resolution shall enter into force after the day of its first official publication.
