Analytical report to the report of the State Institution "Department of Employment and Social Programs of the City of Karaganda" on the quality
of public services provided for the period from January 1 to December 31, 2024
In accordance with the Rules for the Provision of Public Services No. 84 dated March 25, 2021 "On certain issues of the provision of public services in the social and labor sphere", No. 78 dated February 28, 2022 "On Approval of the Rules for Issuing a certificate to a Rehabilitated Person and a sample certificate of a Rehabilitated person", No. 197 dated May 28, 2020 "On approval Rules for the provision of public services in the field of special social services", by Order of the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 15, 2024 No. 427 "Establishment of guardianship or guardianship over legally incompetent or disabled adults", by Order of the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 15, 2024 No. 428
"Issuing permits for the disposal of property, withdrawal of pensions, allowances, and social benefits credited to the account of an incompetent or legally disabled adult, and for the alienation of property of citizens recognized by a court decision as legally incompetent or legally incompetent," the Department of Employment and Social Programs of the City of Karaganda (hereinafter referred to as the Department) is a service provider of 19 types of government services (17 - on an alternative basis, 2 – through the Government for Citizens Group of Companies).
As of January 01 of this year, 35,340 people have received public services.
