Algorithm for working with the
Social Services Portal http://aleumet.egov.kz/
- Go to the Social Services Portal at http://aleumet.egov.kz/
- Click the "Select EDS" button. The window for selecting the EDS file opens. Double-click to open the authorization EDS. Attention! To work on the portal as a recipient of services, be sure to use your personal EP or EDS of the official guardian of the recipient of services.
- Your Personal Account will open in front of you with the display of your data.
Attention! When entering the Portal from the legal guardian of the recipient of services (parent of a child with a disability) in the menu item, go to the "Guardian's Office" → "Guardianship" tab and click on the green arrow to go to the personal account of a person with a disability.
- On the first tab "General/address information", click on the handle icon to change the data in the fields "Phone number" and "Email Address", the rest of the data will be filled in automatically from the information systems of government agencies.
- To order technical means of rehabilitation (TSR) in the menu item "Help for you", go to the tab "Technical means of rehabilitation". A page will open with the prescribed TSR for IPR (individual rehabilitation program)
- Click the "Select" button on the TCP that you want to select. A window will open with the suppliers' products on the corresponding TSR. Select the TSR you like (check out the characteristics of the product) and click the "Order" button.
- The order creation window opens. When creating an order, you need to select the quantity of the product and the delivery method of the TSR (delivery method: pickup or courier delivery).
- When choosing courier delivery, specify your full address to the final settlement, and also enter an additional address (street, house, apartment). Click the "Create" button.
- The EDS signing window will open. Select the "RSA...." key. Enter the password and click "Sign".
- All your orders will be available on the "Product Orders" page with the current status. To view the Order Card, click on the order number. Until the product is confirmed by the Supplier, you can cancel this order by clicking on the cancel button.
- If you have chosen the "Pickup" delivery method, as soon as the Supplier confirms the availability of the goods for the order, you will have the current status of the order updated to "The goods are in stock, reserved". After that, you can pick up the goods from the Supplier's warehouse.
- If you have chosen courier delivery of the goods, after the Supplier hands over your order to the courier, you can track the delivery by the Track number on the website of Kazpost JSC. To do this, click the "Track delivery" button. The portal will redirect you to the URL of the Kazpost website, where you can track the delivery of goods.
