In order to ensure information security, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan decides:
1. Install what:
1) processing and storage of information constituting state secrets, official information of limited distribution are carried out on computer equipment that is not connected to international (global) data transmission networks, the Internet and/or to information networks, communication networks that have access to international (global) data transmission networks, the Internet;
2) the placement of technical means connected to international (global) data transmission networks, the Internet and/or to information networks, communication networks with access to international (global) data transmission networks, the Internet is carried out outside the premises allocated for meetings (negotiations), during which issues containing information constituting state secrets;
3) the use of mobile devices necessary for access to the "mobile office of the Government" with mandatory compliance with the requirements for the protection of state secrets and information security is allowed in the allocated premises. At the time of conducting secret negotiations and meetings, these mobile devices are turned off or taken outside the office premises;
4) in order to ensure the safety of the official information of the "mobile office of the Government", organizational and technical measures are provided to protect against unauthorized access and the possibility of conducting operational search activities on data transmission networks used to access the "mobile office of the Government" to global data transmission networks, the Internet;
4-1) supplemented by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 10.09.2018 No. 555dsp (no changes have been made);
5) became invalid by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 20, 2016 No. 832 (comes into effect after ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication);
6) became invalid by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 20, 2016 No. 832 (comes into effect after ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

2. Central and local executive and other state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan (as agreed) within three months to develop and approve departmental lists of official information of limited distribution.
The Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, together with the Ministry of Communications and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, within three months to develop and approve a list of official information authorized for transmission in the "mobile office of the Government".
