No. 859 to work, to educational institutions, as well as when a disabled person visits local representative and executive bodies, courts, prosecutors, social facilities, legal consultations, a notary, medical institutions (except in cases of urgent (urgent) medical care), airport, railway and bus stations, organizations providing special social services. Recipients of services must be registered and reside in the city of Karaganda.
