In accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On State Registration of Legal Entities and Accounting Registration of Branches and Representative Offices," "On Local State Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan," "On State Property," "On Marriage (Matrimony) and Family," paragraph 3 of Article 65 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Legal Acts," the akimat of the city of Karaganda DECIDES:
1. in the resolution of the akimat of the city of Karaganda dated May 30, 2018 No. 24/14 "On approval of the Regulation and structure of the state institution "Department of employment and social programs of the city of Karaganda" (hereinafter - the Resolution), make the following change:
The provision of the state institution "Department of Employment and Social Programs of the City of Karaganda" should be presented in a new edition, according to the appendix.
2. To approve the amendment to the Regulation of the state institution "Department of Employment and Social Programs of the City of Karaganda."
3. The state institution "Department of Employment and Social Programs of the City of Karaganda" (J. Iskakov) to take the necessary measures arising from this resolution.
4. This resolution comes into force from the moment of its registration in the apparatus of the akim of the city of Karaganda.
5.
