Coaching session "Improving the professional competence of a young teacher through the introduction of the Lesson study and Action research approach"

According to the work plan of the education department on 12/22/2023, on the basis of KSU "Secondary School No. 27" of the Ust-Kamenogorsk Department of Education of the East Kazakhstan Region, in order to motivate young teachers to use the Lesson Study method as a tool for improving the educational process, a coaching session was held "Improving the professional competence of a young teacher through the introduction of the Lesson study and Action research approach (research in action)". The seminar was attended by young teachers with Kazakh and Russian languages of instruction with work experience from 0-3 years. The participants were welcomed by the director of the school Mukhamedzhanova L.K.

        The methodologist of the Department of Education for Language Disciplines, E.P. Kruglova, explained that lesson Study as a way of forming teachers' knowledge and improving teaching and learning practices will be actively used in the professional activities of teachers of all disciplines. The coaching was attended by Deputy Director for academic affairs Ksembayeva A.Zh, Armieva Zh.F. - deputy director for IT, Dyuzbenbekova G.K.- teacher of Russian language and literature, Omargalieva S.M.- teacher of Kazakh language and literature, Mukanov B.Sh. - teacher of Kazakh language and literature, Magauiyanova A.A.- teacher of Kazakh language and literature, Ushakova E.N. - geography teacher, Mukhametkanova R.B.-geography teacher, Kostyukova E.V.-history teacher.

At the end of the coaching, the participants exchanged views, noted the high methodological level of preparation and holding of this event.
