City seminar "Formation of natural science literacy in the lessons of the natural science cycle"

On December 20, a city seminar "Formation of natural science literacy in the lessons of the ENC" was held at the KSU "Secondary School No. 9" of the Department of Education in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk, East Kazakhstan region. The teachers of the school shared their experience in preparing for the external assessment of student achievements.

Teachers Rudenko A.P., Kusainova S.M., Zhabina-Fedorova N.Yu. conducted open lessons. They shared their work experience, showed the types of work, methods and strategies that form natural science literacy.

The Deputy director of UR, E.M. Rovenko, held a master class where she analyzed the methods, strategies and technologies used by school teachers in their lessons aimed at the formation of natural science literacy: BIS technology, the Singapore education system, Zigzag strategies, Case, Organizer.

The seminar participants highly appreciated the work of the school's teachers, appreciated the experience of the school, learned about strategies and methods that contribute to the formation of natural science literacy, received a creative charge and positive emotions.
