City competition of school teams "Mangilik El-a country striving for the future"

According to the plan of the Department of education in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk, the city competition of school teams "Mangilik el - bolashakka umtylgan el" was held at the KSU "School–Center of Additional Education No. 48".

The main objectives of the competition:

- education of moral and patriotic feelings, love and respect for the Motherland, formation of Kazakhstan patriotism;

- development of creative potential and social activity of schoolchildren;

- rational and emotional attitude of schoolchildren to their native land and its culture;

- identification and support of creatively talented children.

The competition consists of 2 stages:

Round 1 - essay for team captains, testing for other team members;

Round 2 – theatrical performance.

27 teams took part in the competition, of which 24 teams passed to the 2nd round.

The competition was attended by 10 students of grades 8-10 from each school, who distinguished themselves in history and the Kazakh language.

Talented and gifted students of schools №12,16, 46, 48, 49 performed at a high level and took prizes in a stage performance dedicated to the Nauryz holiday. Schools №44, 32 took the III place, and schools №16, 48 – the II place.

The team of secondary school №46, which took 1st place, will represent the city team at the regional stage.
