According to the work plan of the Department of Education on 11/24/2023 on the basis of KSU "Secondary School No. 16 named after Zaki Akhmetov" of the Ust-Kamenogorsk City Education Department of the East Kazakhstan Region conducted a coaching "Development of creative thinking skills in Russian language and literature lessons". The coaching was attended by teachers of the Russian language and literature of schools (classes) with the Kazakh language of instruction. The participants of the coaching were welcomed by the director of the school, G.K. Sauyrbaeva, who noted that today many teachers already realize that the true purpose of training is not only the acquisition of certain knowledge and skills, but also the development of imagination, observation, ingenuity and the upbringing of a creative personality as a whole. As a rule, the lack of creativity often becomes an insurmountable obstacle in high school, where solving non-standard tasks is required. One of the modern pedagogical technologies that I use in the classroom is the technology of critical thinking.
The methodologist of the Department of Education in Language disciplines E.P. Kruglova explained that our time is a time of change. Now Kazakhstan needs people who are able to make non-standard decisions, who are able to think creatively. School should prepare children for life. Therefore, the development of creative abilities of students is the most important task of a modern school. This process permeates all stages of the child's personality development, awakens initiative and independence of decisions, the habit of free self-expression, self-confidence. The purpose of the coaching session was to offer pedagogical findings for the development of creative abilities of students in Russian language and literature lessons. The work of the coaching session was organized by Zhanibekova Inabat Zhanibekkyzy - Deputy Director for Academic Affairs. Russian Russian language and literature teachers G.K. Musabayeva, A.M.
