Participation in the republican seminar in Astana
In Astana, from November 13 to 21, 2023, the Institute of Early Childhood Development of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan organized a refresher course for heads of preschool organizations on the topic "Management and management in preschool education in the implementation of the model of development of preschool education and training". Advanced training courses were held by the head of the kindergarten-nursery-garden No. 15 "Rahat" Kapezova Sara Baymukhanovna.
During the course, the director of the Institute of Early Childhood Development of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan Manara Elekenovna and Deputy Maria Nayatovna gave a lecture in accordance with modern methodological approaches and criteria for assessing quality in the management of preschool organizations.

The director of the kindergarten Kapezova S. B. shared her experience on the topic ”Cooperation between kindergarten and family". In the education of future generations, the connection between kindergarten and family is very important. Sara Baymukhanovna focused on the types of work organized in the kindergarten:
Subject-spatial development environment;
Plot and role-playing playground;
Mobile library, Smart floor, laboratory;
National Day;
Joint activities with parents.
In addition, the issues of proper organization of the work of competence centers, assimilation of the content of the standard curriculum of preschool education and training, the state of preschool education and training, upcoming tasks and topical issues were discussed.
