Introductory lesson "On the way to new discoveries"

On November 7, an introductory lesson on geology and sports tourism "On the way to new discoveries" was held for students of the KSU "Secondary School No. 36" on the basis of the KGKP "Stations of Young Technicians" of the Public Educational Institution in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk. Schoolchildren got acquainted with the purpose of tourist equipment, tried on an expedition backpack and learned how to knit knots necessary for every traveler. The Geological Museum and the work with minerals made a great impression on the students, and an exciting tour of the laboratories of the Station of young technicians was a wonderful end to the day.
