On November 1, 2023, the East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Educational Development "Erken" of the Department of Education of the East Kazakhstan region held a seminar on "Pedagogical management and leadership" in order to disseminate the best practices of the winner of the regional competition "The best organization of secondary Education in 2023" of the KSU "Secondary School No. 49" of the Department of Education in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk UO East Kazakhstan region.

During the seminar, the director of the school, A. Kadirova, familiarized with the directions of the work carried out at the school, achievements in the educational process. The events of intra-school communities in the areas of "School team", "Lesson study", "Digital technologies" contributing to the professional level of school teachers were shown. Community leaders presented the creativity of students, classes "Zhas Sarbaz" and "Asyl Mura", the results of scientific work of students, the project "Reading School" and the achievements of students of sports sections.
The subject teachers of the school showed ways to improve the quality of learning through educational platforms in their lessons, and also shared their experience, reporting on the intensive progress in the lesson of Lesson Study.
