Citywide training complex "Me and the conflict"

On November 2, 2023, on the basis of KSU "Secondary School No. 7" of the Ust-Kamenogorsk Department of Education of the East Kazakhstan Region, within the framework of the project "Safe School" was held among students of grades 5-9 of the city's schools. Objective: To form an idea of the nature of the conflict and develop the ability to adequately respond to a conflict situation, to reduce problems in interpersonal relationships of students. Active organizers were the deputy directors for educational work Smailova M. S. (SH 7), Borzenko M. A. (sh 23), Altunina O. Yu. (sh 34), Cherkasova N. V.(sh 37); educational psychologists: Mayer E.R. (sh 23), Bakhtybaeva G.F.(SH 7), Zeynoldina A.D. (smh 37).

Educational and preventive work with schoolchildren was carried out in sections in groups using a variety of methods and forms of work. The guys discussed situations together and found the right solution to get out of a conflict situation, performed tasks, exercises to establish contact, discussed fragments from cartoons, developed plans, created and defended the slogans of their group, receiving sweets as a reward.
A workshop "Conflicts and ways to solve them" was held in parallel with teachers by Smailova M. S., Abduldinova A. N., Bakhtybayeva G.F.

At the end, the methodologist of the Department of Education, A. D. Nugumarova, presented letters of thanks, noted the relevance and significance of the event, good organization and qualified approach of teachers to work, as well as the development of valuable handouts provided, so necessary in the work on prevention in the educational environment.
