3-day Leader's School "Strong Leader – strong School Parliament"

During the autumn holidays from October 31 to November 2, 2023, a traditional 3-day Leader's School called "Strong Leader – Strong School Parliament" was held in the Palace of Creativity of Schoolchildren. The organizers had a goal: to show how it is possible to create conditions for the comprehensive development of personality in various spheres of school life. 77 students of grades 8-10 became participants of the autumn 3-day school of the Leader. The school was attended by leaders of children's associations, organizations and self-government of Ust-Kamenogorsk schools, as well as counselors, teachers-organizers of the city's schools and the creative group of the Leader asset school.

All participants were divided into 4 teams and a program of modular classes for 3 days was determined for each, during which they were introduced to the factions of the school Parliament: "Press and Information", "Sports and Healthy Lifestyle", "Law and Order", "Self-knowledge", "Culture and Debate Movement", "Care (Volunteering)", "Happiness", "Ecology and labor". All modules were aimed at obtaining new knowledge for further work in the school Parliament, as well as acquiring skills that allow you to succeed in the future.
On the last day of the 3-day Leader's School, the guys passed an exciting quest game, where they demonstrated their team spirit and erudition. In conclusion, on the stage of the Palace, all the teams showed their model of the school Parliament of the future in a creative form. The Leader's School ended with a solemn presentation of certificates.
