Extracurricular event “World Cities Day”

On October 30, KSU "School of the Revival of Languages and Culture of the People of East Kazakhstan" English teacher Galymova Zh.S. held an extracurricular event "World Cities Day" which was dedicated to the World Cities Day and is celebrated annually on October 31. The goals and objectives of this event were - the expansion of students' knowledge within the framework of the topic “Cities”, the assimilation and active use of new vocabulary on the topic in speech, the development of cognitive interest in cities, the expansion of students' knowledge about various cities of the world, the development of a careful attitude to cities. During the lesson, students defended presentations on the topics “Importance of cities” and “City problems”, discussed the importance and problems of modern cities. The students took an active part with interest.
