Children's festival-competition of theater groups "Lights of the Footlights"
1On October 8, on the initiative of the education department of the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk, the annual city children's festival-competition of theater groups "Ramp Lights" was held at the Palace of Schoolchildren's Creativity.
For several hours, the best children's theater groups demonstrated their miniatures, mini-performances, dramatizations, and of course their ability to read poems expressively. Drama and comedy, enthusiastic applause and exciting emotions, this festival had it all!
The professional jury had a difficult job to determine the best works in each category.
This festival-competition promotes the development of theatrical art among children and youth, giving them a chance to demonstrate their creative abilities and exchange experiences with each other. But the most important value is the opportunity to gain recognition while performing on stage.
