Excursion to the area of the Asu-Bulak pegmatite field
On September 24, 25 young geologists of the KGKP "Stations of Young Technicians" of the NGO in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk of the East Kazakhstan region made an excursion to the area of the Asu-Bulak pegmatite field. The guys got acquainted with the minerals of rare metal ores.
On the way, the students visited the Regional Museum of Local History in the village of Besterek, where they met with the most famous Kazakh archaeologist Z.Samashev.
