WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED TO ENROLL A CHILD IN THE ORGANIZATION OF PRESCHOOL EDUCATION?

In accordance with the instruction of the Head of State, by the end of this year, it is planned to open 81,000 new places in the country to cover children from 2 to 6 years old with preschool educational organizations. There are 11,317 preschool organizations operating in the country, which cover 89.1% of children.
Admission to preschool organizations is carried out throughout the year. In June, new groups were formed in the cities of Astana and Almaty, Ulytau, Kostanay and Mangystau regions. In other regions, this work will continue until September.
Queuing and referral is done through an electronic system.
The following documents are required for admission to preschool organizations:
Direction for admission (valid within 5 working days from the date of issue);
Application (in the form in accordance with Appendix 5 of the rules for the provision of public services in the field of preschool education);
An identity document of the recipient of the service (one of the parents or legal representative) or a digital document from the electronic document service;
Child's birth certificate or a digital document from an electronic document service;
Card of preventive vaccinations form No. 065 / e;
Certificate No. 027/e;
The conclusion of the psychological-medical-pedagogical consultation (for children in need of special education).
It should be noted that changes are currently being made to the order of waiting in kindergarten. A single base of priority is being created for the placement and admission of a child to a preschool organization.
