City Workshop for Young Directors

On May 29, 2023, the Department of Education in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk of the Department of Education of the East Kazakhstan region held a city seminar "Analysis of the School Development Program from the standpoint of quality assurance indicators." The seminar was held on the basis of KSU "School-Center of Additional Education No. 48", where 20 young directors of schools of the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk took part.
The Head of the Department of Education S. Alaguzova made a welcoming speech. In her speech, she noted that the school development program is the main strategic management document that regulates and guides the development of the school. Within the framework of the seminar, a normative and legal general education was held. The head of the city methodological office A. Nurpeisova acquainted with the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 292 dated June 23, 2022 “On approval of the Guidelines for quality assurance by levels of education”.
Within the framework of the seminar, a workshop "Analysis of School Development Programs from the standpoint of quality assurance indicators" was held. The purpose of the workshop: To identify typical shortcomings and problems in planning and monitoring School Development Programs.
The speeches of school directors with experience on the topic “The quality management system of education at school. Components of complex educational monitoring. Technology for the development of a school quality program ": ShTSDO No. 48 Mazhinova Ch.T., school No. 23 Tarina N.M., school No. 26 Mukasheva Zh.A.
The reviews are positive: they enriched themselves, revealed the features of drawing up the School Development Plan, a lot of useful things. An interesting, fruitful, practical seminar (according to the participants). Everyone left satisfied and motivated for further productive, productive work.
Based on the results of the seminar, recommendations were made for further work.
