More than 18 thousand organizations of preschool, secondary, technical and vocational education are preparing for the end of the academic year.
This year, more than 288 thousand graduates are completing the 9th grade, more than 172 thousand graduates of schools of all forms of ownership will complete the 11th grade.
By order of the Minister of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, classes in schools end on May 31. May 31 is the last day of school for the current academic year. On this day, all schools conduct lessons according to the approved schedule. At the end of the day, the class teacher of each class conducts a class hour. The classroom script is prepared by the teacher independently, taking into account the age characteristics of the class.
The purpose of the class hour is to sum up the results of the school year, prepare children for the summer vacation period, which will last 90 days. Traditionally, the teacher in this lesson recommends a list of literature for reading, a list of films to watch, talks about security measures, about the benefits of organized recreation, visiting additional education organizations, about the benefits of work, about providing all possible assistance to parents, grandparents.
A separate semantic part of the class hour should be the theme of patriotism, love for the motherland, friendship, respect for the history of the country, honoring the memory of the victims of political repression and mass famine.
The decision to hold a solemn line or end the school year by holding class hours is made by the schools independently together with the parent committees and boards of trustees. The Ministry supports school traditions in this matter.
The final final exams for 9th grade students will be held from 2 to 13 June.State final exams for graduates of 11 classes will be held from June 5 to 19.
The solemn presentation of certificates of general secondary education to graduates of 11 classes is recommended to be held on June 20-22 this year. within the walls of local schools.
I emphasize that during the organization of class hours and rulers, the solemn presentation of certificates in order to comply with pedagogical ethics and prevent corruption offenses, it is not allowed to collect funds from parents for events, attract animators, holiday agencies, private studios. Fundraising for gifts to school administrations and teachers is prohibited.
In organizations of technical and vocational education, the final certification will last until June 28.
