An order of the Minister of Education was adopted on approving the deadlines for completing the 2022-2023 academic year and conducting the final certification of students in secondary education organizations
In accordance with the order:
1. Training sessions in secondary education organizations, regardless of the form of ownership and departmental subordination, end on May 31, 2023.
2. The final final exams for students of grades 9 (10) are held from June 2 to June 13, 2023.
3. State final exams for students in grades 11 (12) are held from June 5 to June 19, 2023.
4.The following deadlines for the final certification have been approved:
for students of 9 (10) grades:
1) a written exam in the language of instruction in the form of an essay, for schools with in-depth study of subjects in the humanities cycle - a written work (article, story, essay) - June 2, 2023;
2) written exam (test) in mathematics (algebra) - June 6, 2023;
3) a written exam (working with text, completing tasks on the text) in the Kazakh language and literature in classes with a non-Kazakh language of instruction and a written exam (working with text, completing tasks on the text) in Russian language and literature in classes with the Kazakh language of instruction - June 9, 2023;
4) a written exam in a subject of choice (physics, chemistry, biology, geography, geometry, history of Kazakhstan, world history, literature (according to the language of instruction), foreign language (English / French / German), computer science) - June 13, 2023;
for students of 11 (12) classes:
1) written exam in the language of instruction - June 5, 2023;
2) a written exam in algebra and the beginnings of analysis - June 8, 2023;
3) oral exam on the history of Kazakhstan - June 12, 2023;
4) a written exam in the Kazakh language and literature in classes with a non-Kazakh language of instruction and in Russian language and literature in classes with the Kazakh language of instruction - June 15, 2023;
5) a written exam in a subject of your choice (physics, chemistry, biology, geography, geometry, world history, fundamentals of law, literature (according to the language of instruction), a foreign language (English / French / German), computer science) - June 19, 2023.The departments of education of the regions, the cities of Astana, Almaty and Shymkent are taking measures to organize the completion of the school year.
