Poster presentation on the topic "Coaching approach in pedagogical practice as a condition for the formation of soft skills in students"

On April 7, 2023, within the framework of the city scientific and practical conference of teachers in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk, Berezko Yu.V. ., teacher-researcher and certified coach in education. Our colleague suggests that if the focus of the teacher's attention is directed to the formation of awareness in teaching students through a coaching approach, then, as a result, the motivation to learn will acquire a personal meaning for each child, which means that he will try, make efforts to achieve results. But the process of education and upbringing can become even more effective when each teacher takes professional coaching courses and can become not only a teacher for his students, but also a talent trainer, coach and motivator all rolled into one. A graduate of a new format needs teachers of a new format!!!
