Regional ecological and biological conference of schoolchildren

On March 20, 2023, the Department of Education in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk of the Department of Education of the East Kazakhstan region, the "Training and Research Ecobiocenter" of the Department of Education in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk of the Educational Establishment of the East Kazakhstan Region organized and held a traditional regional ecological and biological conference of schoolchildren, with the participation of children from city and district institutions education of East Kazakhstan.
The purpose of the conference was to develop research skills in studying the nature of the native land, mastering ecological and biological knowledge, and developing students' creative abilities.
Within the framework of the conference, young researchers presented the results of their scientific work in the field of regional ecology, botany, zoology, chemistry, local history, and valeology.
As part of the jury members of the section, experts were invited from among the employees of the Department of Ecology for the East Kazakhstan region, the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Management of the East Kazakhstan region, the East Kazakhstan Regional Territorial Inspectorate for Forestry and Wildlife, the Regional Museum of Local History, teachers and scientists of the teaching staff of VKU them. S. Amanzholova. The methodologist of the Education Department Kapchikova N.T., director of the Ecobiocenter Tsyganov A.P. made a welcoming speech.
The conference was attended by 50 students; of them from the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk - 37 students of schools (No. 3, 8, 9, 16, 17, 20, 30, 37, 38, 39, 47, 48, 49)
The work was carried out in 8 sections.
All participants were awarded certificates.
