Campaign "World Day for the Prevention of Suicide"

According to the action plan of the education department for the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk, the education department of the East Kazakhstan region, within the framework of the World Suicide Prevention Day campaign, all educational organizations carried out a complex of measures to develop a life-affirming position and value attitude to health.

- In the implementation of the Action, the schools of the city used a variety of forms and methods recommended by the Department of Education. Classroom hours “Life for me…”, interviews “I’ll tell you a secret about…”, an hour of communication with a medical worker “Take care of your life and health”, trainings “Journey to life”, drawing contests “How beautiful this world is” were organized with the students , look!”, musical break “In the rhythm of life”, etc.
Booklets and memos on ways to harmonize child-parent relationships, develop trust and mutual understanding were prepared for parents of students in the city's schools.
All planned events within the framework of the Action took place on a positive wave, filled with positive emotions, which had a positive impact on the formation of a life-affirming position and a value attitude towards one's health.
