Carrying out operational and preventive measures

In the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk, operational and preventive measures “Vseobuch”, “Teenager-street”, “Teenager. Law. Security”, “Vacations”, “Children in the Night City”. As part of these events, educational organizations during extracurricular hours in school districts conduct joint raids with the participation of teachers, representatives of the parent community and employees of the city’s internal affairs department. The purpose of these raids: to identify the presence of minors in entertainment establishments, the facts of the sale of alcohol and tobacco products to them, as well as the detection of the facts of minors being outside their homes at late hours of the day without being accompanied by legal representatives. During raids, students who are on various types of records are visited by dysfunctional families; carry out explanatory, preventive work among minors and their legal representatives to prevent and eliminate the causes and conditions that contribute to the commission of minor offenses.
