Acceptance of documents of children in the first class
From April 1, the acceptance of documents for children in the first grade begins. The school accepts children of six years old and children who will turn 6 years old in the current calendar year.
It should be noted that all children who turn 6 years old as of September 1 are accepted. And children who are not full 6 years old (who will turn 6 after September 1 of the current year) are accepted only at the request of parents or other legal representatives.
Documents are submitted to the school in electronic form through the e-government web portal.
According to the admission rules, first three applicants who have submitted an application for the territorial service of the school (at the place of registration) are enrolled in grade 1, then one applicant from another territory is enrolled.
The educational organization is not entitled to demand documents that are not listed in the list of documents required for delivery (Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 12, 2018 No. 564).
Parents submit in electronic format an application, a birth certificate, a medical passport of the child and a medical certificate in the form No. 063 / y, 2 photos.
All schools, except for lyceums and gymnasiums, accept children without entrance examinations.
