100 years have passed since the birth of the Soviet, Kazakh opera and pop singer, owner of the soprano Roza Baglanova.
Roza Baglanova lived a long and eventful life, the legendary singer died at the age of 89 in 2011. 11 years have passed since her death, but Rosa Tazhibaevna is still remembered, as are the songs that made her famous.
The singer was awarded the highest and most prestigious state awards, and her talent was recognized by the very first persons of the country of different times. Roza Baglanova was a People's Artist of the Kazakh SSR, People's Artist of the USSR, and in 1996 received the title of People's Artist of Kyrgyzstan.
Students of the 6th grade of KSU "Gymnasium School No. 12" got acquainted with the work of Roza Baglanova.
The children listened with great interest to the songs performed by Roza Baglanova and admired the heroism of the famous singer during the Great Patriotic War, her high civic position, and creative potential.
