The results of the regional remote Internet competition "Local history hour: Great discoveries of the small Motherland"

In order to familiarize schoolchildren with local history and environmental education, research and environmental activities, the historical, cultural and spiritual heritage of their native land, the study of their small motherland, on February 24-25, 2022, the Regional Distance Online Competition "Local History Hour: Great Discoveries of the Small Motherland" was held.
15 pupils of 7-9 grades of Ust-Kamenogorsk city schools took part in the city stage of the Competition.
Competition nominations:
- “CIS: historical memory and the new generation. Historical essay» - competition of historical essays;
- "Sacred geography of East Kazakhstan: objects of cultural heritage of the Commonwealth" - study of the native land, generalization and systematization of local history material, compilation of a map-poster of cultural heritage objects of the CIS;
- "Exhibition of Folk Art" - a creative competition of products made by one's own hands: a product made from natural material, "carving" and "painting", embroidery, lace, crochet, patchwork plastic, embroidery with ribbons, beads, beadwork, etc.
According to the results of the competition, the holders of diplomas of the ІІІ degree are the student of the 7th grade of the ChBSh “Brig” Semenova Anastasia, the student of the 9th grade of the school-lyceum No. 11 Kolesova Karina.
