Announcement on the formation of the composition of the Board of Trustees in the educational organizations of the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk and the acceptance of proposals for its composition

Based on the requirements of paragraph 5 of the Model Rules for organizing the work of the Board of Trustees and the procedure for its election in educational organizations approved by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 27, 2017 No. 355 (hereinafter referred to as the Model Rules), the state institution "Department of Education in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk" of the Department of Education East Kazakhstan region announces the formation of the Board of Trustees of educational organizations and the acceptance of proposals on its composition.

According to paragraph 7 of the Model Rules, the Board of Trustees includes:

  • Representatives of local representative, executive and law enforcement agencies;
  • Representatives of employers and social partners;
  • Representatives of non-profit organizations (if any);
  • One parent or legal representative of students in this organization of education from each parallel of classes, courses recommended by the parent committee;

5) Benefactors (if any).
The Board of Trustees does not include the persons specified in subparagraphs 2) and 3) of paragraph 1 of Article 51 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 27, 2007 "On Education".

According to paragraphs 8, 9 of the Model Rules, the number of members of the Board of Trustees is odd and amounts to at least nine people who are not in close relationship and property with each other and the head of this educational organization. Members of the Board of Trustees are not part of the staff of this educational organization. The number of members in the Board of Trustees, who are representatives of state bodies, does not exceed three people.

The term of office of members of the Board of Trustees is three years.
