MORE FOREIGN TOURISTS BEGAN TO COME TO TURKISTAN

Under the chairmanship of the akim of Turkistan Nurbol Turashbekov, a regular meeting was held at which the head of the department "Business and Tourism Support" reported on the work done. According to the head of the department Talgat Kydyrbayev, since the beginning of the year, the city has been visited by 385,398 tourists, including about 1,000 foreign tourists from different countries. The volume of investments has also increased in the city.

Compared to 6 months of last year, the volume of investments increased from 100.2 billion tenge to 115.1 billion tenge. Manufacturing industry - increased from 6.31 billion tenge to 6.62 billion tenge.

2,327 residents engaged in small and medium-sized businesses have been registered, and 1,719 citizens have been provided with new jobs.

To maintain price stability, a social corner has been opened in 30 department stores.

In addition, work is underway to improve the quality of service for tourists. To this end, 32 citizens were trained in the courses of the instructor-translator D. Shernyazov and received an education. For students studying in the field of tourism, special events were organized, explanatory work was carried out on servicing accommodation places in the city.
