TURKESTAN REGION WILL COOPERATE WITH THE TURKISH COMPANY "DOGUSGROUP"

Deputy akim of Turkestan region Rashid Ayupov met with a delegation of the Turkish company "Dogusgroup" during a scientific visit to the Turkestan region.

Issues of bilateral cooperation in the field of agro-industrial complex, waste processing, high technologies, as well as tourism development in the region were discussed at the meeting. In addition, the parties discussed the mutual benefits of potential cooperation at the academic level between the Faculty of Agriculture of the University of Nigde Omer Halisdemir and Kazakh universities.

"There are industrial and special economic zones in the region for the creation of industrial facilities with favorable conditions. In addition, on behalf of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbayev, it is planned to create TurkSEZ (Turkic free economic zone) to open new investment projects among Turkic-speaking countries. The opening of tourist packages will give a new impetus to the development of tourism between the parties," Rashid Ayupov said.

At the end of the meeting, the deputy akim of the region acquainted the guests with the investment opportunities of the Turkestan region and invited Turkish entrepreneurs to work together.
