THE COUNTRY'S LARGEST FATTENING COMPLEX IS BEING BUILT IN THE TURKESTAN REGION

In the Sairam district of Turkestan region, a feedlot for 21 thousand heads is being built. The total area of the facility in the rural district of Kaynarbulak is 76 hectares. Mayor of Turkestan region Umirzak Shukeyev visited Sairam district on a working trip, where he got acquainted with the work of the country's largest feedlot.

The cost of the project of the individual entrepreneur Beksultan Begaliev is 3 billion tenge. An entrepreneur who has received a loan through second-tier banks and a corporation intends to produce 500 tons of meat per day. 25 local residents will be provided with permanent work in the breeding livestock fattening complex.

During the visit, the akim of the region got acquainted with the work of a mobile group established on the territory of the Sairam district to eliminate illegal mineral resources. It is known that on behalf of Umirzak Shukeyev, in order to identify the facts of illegal subsurface use and conduct research, working and mobile groups have been created, and a mass inspection has begun. The head of the region noted that work in this direction will continue and gave specific instructions to the responsible persons.

As it turned out, the permits of 23 mining sites of common minerals located in the district were seized. The composition of the mobile group, guided by Articles 14-1, 147 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, during the inventory of agricultural lands, 31 individuals and legal entities or 34 land plots were identified that do not use land plots for their intended purpose, process crushed stone and carry out construction work.

Of these, 15 illegal subsoil users are under consideration in court. The Turkestan Region Police Department is investigating 19 illegal subsoil users.

In addition, the created working and mobile group together with the regional motor transport inspectorate fined 56 transport vehicles in the amount of 2,603,640 tenge.

The first factory in Kazakhstan for the production of diapers for adults and children has started its work in the Turkestan region. The Turkish company "Royal Hijyen ve Sağlık Öünleri San. Tic. A.Ş." (Royal Hijyen) together with the society of disabled people of Turkestan region "CaPable Group" have launched a project for the production of diapers in the Sairam district, with a capacity of up to 100 million pieces per year. 60 new jobs have been created in the production.

The cost of this project is 3 billion tenge. It is worth noting that this production will primarily provide diapers to all disabled people in the region, and the rest is sold to other regions. After reaching full capacity, investors plan to export their products to the EAEU and CIS countries. This, in turn, will give an additional impetus to the development of domestic exports. During the implementation of the project, investors received state preferences under the investment contract concluded with the Investment Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
