More than 3 years have passed since the foundation of the Turkestan region. Residents of the region are satisfied with the work on the improvement and transformation of the city of Turkestan into a green city. The regional center is becoming not only a socio-economic and architectural center, but also a city with green spaces, improved ecology. Work on landscaping of Turkestan continues. In the city, much attention is paid to the cultivation of seedlings and perennial, flowering herbs that quickly adapt to the local climate. Now fast-growing pine and acacia trees, large-leaved elm and maple are planted. Fruit trees are also grown in the" green belt " of the city of Turkestan. Agronomists, specialists, entrepreneurs and local residents take part in this work.
At the same time, the city is divided into 32 sectors, and the systematic activity of district and city akimats of the entire region and departments gives its results. Akim of the Turkestan region Umirzak Shukeyev visited each sector, regularly checking the work on landscaping and landscaping of the city. And the pace of work in all sectors is quite high. Every day the city is cleared of garbage, flower beds, parks are broken, pedestrian roads, bike paths and fountains are installed. To date, work has been carried out in three stages in 32 sectors, more than 60 thousand seedlings have been sown on 1600 hectares. The city has already become a traditional event for holding subbotniks, improving the environmental literacy of the population. One of those responsible for the work of the sector, an employee of the office of the akim of the Talapty rural district of the Otyrar district, Dauren Partayev, is pleased that he is contributing to the revival of Turkestan.
"On behalf of the akim of the region Umirzak Estayuly, the akimat of the Otyrar district is working on cleaning, landscaping, landscaping of Kulynshak Akyn street in the responsible sector. We are seeing incredible changes. The holy city has a bright future, " he says.

Bayan Buldyrykova, a native of Turkestan, noted that many tourists come here now. And this is gratifying, the woman says, expressing gratitude to the leadership of the region and the country. The level of culture among citizens has also increased in the regional center. And thanks to landscaping and landscaping, the ecological situation of Turkestan will also improve.
This year, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved a comprehensive plan for the socio-economic development of the Turkestan region for 2021-2025. The 1st stage of the development of the city of Turkestan has been completed, the main social infrastructure has been laid. The construction of 123 objects has been completed. 109 projects will be implemented within the framework of the II stage of the development of the city of Turkestan. 1.3 trillion tenge of investments will be allocated for these purposes. This support and plans will undoubtedly serve as an impetus for the transformation of Turkestan into one of the most beautiful cities in Central Asia.
