The development of medium and small businesses has become a decisive factor in eliminating unemployment in the country, filling the market with essential goods, and stabilizing the economy of the regions. And providing the market with demanded goods needed by consumers will lead to an improvement in the welfare of citizens in the social plan.
The epidemic situation in the world has had a negative impact on business development. However, for some entrepreneurs, it has contributed to the implementation of new projects. During the quarantine, Kozybai Mosaikov, a resident of the Zhyly su rural district of the Zhetysai district, applied his abilities in the field of agriculture with business. A simple rural agronomist, together with his son Altai, currently produces a spindle brush and a 1 mm thick thread from plastic waste , which is necessary for cotton processing combines.
Earlier, the drivers of combine harvesters brought this brush to order from neighboring Uzbekistan, and the quality parts produced by a local craftsman became a godsend for them, and the cost is also satisfied. Each copy of the Uzbek brush, the necessary 96 pieces for one combine, costs 4 thousand tenge on the market, and the price of two seasonal products from the hands of Kozybai Dzhekirov is only 2 thousand tenge. Thus, Kozybai Abdrashimuly develops a family business, providing a job for a resident of the village. In the near future, the man intends to get a loan with state support.
"As a result of the systemic policy of our state, the support of entrepreneurs in issuing loans is increasing every year. We also plan to participate in these programs, receive loans at preferential interest rates, further expand our business, increase the volume of products," says Kozybai Mosaikov.
Today, innovators produce up to 25 pieces of spindles per day. Last year there were 28, this year they supplied about 40 combines. And the demand is increasing.
It is worth noting that the family of Kozybai Ashekov is not only engaged in the production of a spindle brush, but also in the cultivation of a greenhouse, horticultural economy. Today, about 60% of the entire village is provided with vegetables all year round.
The state programs adopted for the development of small and medium-sized businesses in the country provide all the opportunities for those who want to engage in private business, expand their activities. And this, in turn, will have a positive impact on the elimination of unemployment.
