The number of vaccinated citizens against coronavirus is growing in the Turkestan region. In terms of vaccination rates, the Turkestan region is the leader in the country. According to the latest data, about 851 thousand people took the first composition of the vaccine. And the second component was received by 654 thousand citizens. Today, residents of the region will be able to take the Russian Sputnik V vaccine, domestic QazVac, Hayatvax from Sinopharm, Chinese Coronavac and Vero Cell from Sinopharm.
Today, the Turkestan region is located in a prosperous "green zone". Over the past day, 25 cases of COVID-19 citizens were registered. The daily increase is 0.18%. Currently, there are only 1,969 places in infectious diseases hospitals, where about 500 patients are being treated.
In general, with the onset of the pandemic, the number of people infected with coronavirus has reached 13,883 people. In 7234 people, the disease was asymptomatic. Also, to date, PCR samples have been taken from 1,013,313 people. Over the past day, 2312 people were examined in laboratories.
