UMIRZAK SHUKEYEV: THE NATIONAL CENSUS IS A VERY IMPORTANT PROCESS

"The national Population Census is a very important process. Therefore, the work in this direction needs to be finalized. Everything depends on the size of the population," mayor of the region Umirzak Shukeyev said.

Akim of the Turkestan region Umirzak Shukeyev called for a responsible approach to the national population census. He noted the importance of active participation in a very important process, which takes place once every ten years. At the staff meeting chaired by the akim of the region, the progress of work on conducting the National Population Census of the Turkestan region was reported.

Over the past 24 hours, 118,112 respondents have passed an online census in the Turkestan region. In particular, a number of districts showed activity. Residents of the Sairam district are the most active among the participants of the national census. During the day, about 23 thousand Sairam residents passed the national census and answered questions. Kazygurt district-14,711 people, Ordabasy district-12,191 people. Tyulkubas district-9085 people passed the online census.

This year's census differs from others in that, as part of the implementation of the state program "Digital Kazakhstan" in the period from September 1 to October 15, 2021, via the Internet sanaq.gov.kz it takes place online 24 hours a day.

It should be noted that from September 1 to October 30, 2021, the next national census of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan is held in the Republic of Kazakhstan. An important national event is of great socio-economic importance for the state. The population census covers the entire population of Kazakhstan, all citizens of the republic who are outside the country.
