CONSTRUCTION OF A SCHOOL AT THE EXPENSE OF AN INVESTOR HAS BEGUN IN ARYS

In the village of Ontam near the city of Arys, an individual entrepreneur has started the construction of a school for 150 places. The ceremony of laying the foundation of the school was attended by akim of the city of Arys Gulzhan Kurmanbekova, secretary of the maslikhat Amantay Baitanayev and aksakals of the village. The construction of the facility is being carried out as part of the implementation of the instructions of the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, announced in the Address to the People of Kazakhstan dated September 1, 2021. "The President noted in his Address to the people yesterday that" in addition to the construction of schools at the expense of budget funds, it is necessary to involve the private sector in solving this urgent problem." And today we have come to the final solution of the school problem in the village of Ontam, which has not been solved for many years. She supported and confirmed the initiative of individual entrepreneur Klara Nurmanova to build a school for 150 places at her own expense, promptly resolved issues on land and other documentation on the part of the administration. If we cooperate in this way for the benefit of our country, then, of course, our business will advance," says the mayor of the city Gulzhan Kurmanbekova. A sports ground will also be built near the school, which covers an area of about 2.5 hectares. The construction of the facility, which employs 50 local citizens, is scheduled to be completed in 2023. However, the contractor company intends to fully complete and put the facility into operation in the next academic year. It is worth noting that today there is only a small primary school "Yntymak"in the village of Ontam. There are 50 children from grades 1 to 4 studying there. And 42 children from grades 5 to 11 will be transferred to the school named after S. Yerubayev in the village of Akdala. In total, the rural population is about 500 people, 105 of them are school – age children.
