MORE THAN 5 THOUSAND NEW HOUSING WILL BE COMMISSIONED IN TURKESTAN

More than 5 thousand families will celebrate the housewarming in Turkestan by the end of this year. In the administrative and business center, 82 residential buildings of 7, 9 and 12 floors are being built at the expense of the state budget, with a total area of 350 thousand sq.m. About 800 apartments will be rented as mortgage housing and waiting lists. 10, 12-storey residential buildings will be put into operation in September and October of this year. At the weekly staff meeting, the head of the region was informed about the latest information on housing issues.

Mayor of Turkestan Nurbol Turashbekov spoke about the state of multi-storey residential buildings under construction and the progress of construction work. In September and November, the regional center will accept 29 12-storey residential buildings for 2 thousand apartments. More than a thousand builders are involved in the construction work. In total, 48 residential buildings were built in the city at the expense of private investors. 6 12-storey residential buildings will be commissioned by the end of the year. The construction of 15 seven-storey buildings is also being carried out according to the schedule. In addition, the construction of 5 9-storey residential buildings is planned to be completed early next year.

The meeting also reported on the state of the facilities under construction and the engineering infrastructure systems of the city of Turkestan. The head of the region got acquainted with the latest data on the construction of more than 20 new facilities. The responsible managers were instructed to complete the construction in accordance with the established schedule.
