THE INTELLECTUAL GAME "OIQAZAN" WAS HELD FOR THE FIRST TIME IN THE TURKESTAN REGION

In Turkestan, in honor of the third anniversary of the formation of the Turkestan region and the reorganization of the Agency for Combating Corruption of the Republic of Kazakhstan, an intellectual game "OIQAZAN" was held on the theme "Bilim. Birlik. Bolashak". The organizer was the Department of the Anti-Corruption Service for the Turkestan region with the support of the regional akimat.

The event, held at the "Turkistan Arena" stadium, was attended by deputy akim of the region Rashid Ayupov. Wishing the participating teams good luck, he noted that the formation of a decent society free from corruption is a common task for every citizen of the country.

The large-scale game, organized for the first time in the Turkestan region, is designed to help the society to resist the manifestations of corruption and prevent illegal actions by transferring knowledge and experience in the fight against corruption.

35 teams from 7 regions of the country participated in the intellectual game "OIQAZAN". The teams included students of higher educational institutions of Almaty, Kyzylorda, Shymkent and Turkestan, employees of state and law enforcement agencies of the Turkestan region, specialists of non-governmental organizations, entrepreneurs, journalists and bloggers, as well as public figures.

In the group game competition, teams competed in knowledge and skills, ingenuity and dexterity, the ability to think critically and analyze. The intellectual game consisted of 7 stages. Most of the questions were related to the fight against corruption, the history of Turkestan.

The organizers strictly monitored compliance with all sanitary requirements and rules. Participants and fans were logged in via the "Ashyq"app.

As a result of the many hours of educational competition, the first place was taken by the team "Tumar" of the Department of Economic Investigations in the Turkestan region. The second place was taken by the "FARAB" team, which represented the office of the Akim of the Turkestan region, and the third place was taken by the "Kainar" team of the Department of the National Security Committee for the Turkestan region.

In addition, the three best teams were awarded cups and valuable prizes made in the form of taikazan, and special certificates. At the end of the intellectual game "OIQAZAN", the event continued with a concert program.
