ABOUT 800 THOUSAND PEOPLE PASSED PCR TESTS IN THE TURKESTAN REGION

In the Turkestan region, there are 14 laboratories for conducting PCR tests. Over the past day, 2.5 thousand people were examined, in total, about 800 thousand people were examined for coronavirus infection. This was announced by the mayor of the Turkestan region Umirzak Shukeyev during an on-site briefing in the Central Communications Service under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In a live broadcast, the head of the region spoke about the epidemiological situation in the region.

It should be noted that since February, more than 320 thousand doses of vaccines have been delivered to the region.

In 128 vaccination centers, more than 300 thousand people received the first component of the vaccine, and more than 130 thousand people received the second component. In order to provide medical organizations of the region with medicines and special protective equipment, a 2-month reserve fund has been formed.

At the same time, in order to combat the coronavirus, 368 artificial lung ventilation devices were delivered. At the same time, 890 oxygen concentrators, 8 oxygen stations and 171 ambulances are provided to the medical institutions of the region. In general, the epidemic situation in the region is stable and is under constant control.
