WOMEN'S VOLLEYBALL TEAM TO BE CREATED IN TURKESTAN REGION

For the first time, a women's volleyball team will be formed in the Turkestan region. This was announced at a meeting in the sports complex "Baluan Sholak" in Turkestan with the participation of the deputy akim of the region Meirzhan Myrzaliyev and the leadership of the volleyball federation. During the meeting, meetings were held with potential athletes from the districts of the Turkestan region, the cities of Shymkent and Almaty, and the Almaty region. This selection will last until the end of April.

"I am sure that in May we will be able to form a volleyball team of very strong athletes. In the future, we will provide all possible support to our young athletes participating in national and international championships and conquering high peaks, " said the president of the Federation M. Myrzaliyev.

The participants of the meeting called on all young people, promoting a healthy lifestyle, to contribute to improving the level and development of volleyball in the country, including women's sports.
