At the weekly staff meeting, the transfer of completed gas supply facilities to the balance sheet of "KazTransGas" JSC, which are being built at the expense of the regional budget, was discussed.
In the Turkestan region, 298 new gas supply facilities are being transferred from municipal to republican ownership. However, some districts and cities are slow to process and hand over the necessary documents. The akim of our region Umirzak Shukeyev instructed the responsible persons to speed up this work.
The head of the regional Department of Energy and Housing and Communal Services Ruslan Turgambayev noted that the heads of JSC "KazTransGas" are delaying the approval, highlighting the design of new facilities only after they are connected to natural gas. As a result, 44 localities are not supplied with "blue fuel". The heads of the joint-stock company put the responsibility on their local colleagues.
"What do you mean, local? This is your organization. Gas exports are still stretched. But this is the people. The country has enough gas. Achieve it, " the mayor of the region stressed.
Umirzak Shukeyev instructed to jointly correct the situation. The relevant departments and mayors of districts and cities are directly responsible for this work.
At the meeting, the issues of providing social assistance and permanent and temporary jobs within the framework of the “Employment roadmap”were considered. According to the Roadmap, 34 infrastructure projects were approved. According to the new requirements, after the completion of the project, it was instructed to create permanent jobs.
Also, when purchasing goods, works and services, the local content must be at least 90% of the total amount of funds provided. The head of the region instructed to carry out the relevant work at his own level and fully implement the planned indicators.
In addition, they listed the approved measures to stabilize prices for socially important food products. In order to prevent unjustified price increases, 1088 memoranda were signed in the region with large retail outlets and stores and universal markets. Mobile groups conducted raids on more than 1,000 retail outlets in the Turkestan region. 752 entrepreneurs were given comments and instructions to prevent unjustified price increases for socially important products.
