ARYS GRANDMOTHERS COMPETED IN VARIOUS SPORTS

"In a healthy body, a healthy mind". The venerable grandmothers of the Turkestan region set an example for young people in the development of mass sports. In honor of the Nauryz holiday, the Department of Sports and Physical Culture of the city of Arys, in order to promote a healthy lifestyle, held a sports event "Ulystyn Uly Kuni az Nauryz"among grandmothers.

Festive competitions included volleyball, tug-of-war, arm wrestling, checkers, shekem tas among grandmothers from the city and rural districts. At the end of the festive starts, the participants were awarded medals, cups and letters of thanks.

In volleyball competitions, the 1st place was taken by the team "Ak azheler" of Arys, the 2nd place-the team "Aipara Ana" of the rural district of Akdala, the 3rd place - the team of grandmothers "Ukilim-ai" from the rural district of Montaitas.

In addition, in the tug-of-war, no one was able to defeat the grandmothers from Montaitas. Participants from Arys took the 2nd place, from Akdala-the 3rd place.

In the national game shekem tas competitions, the 1st place was taken by Madina Shakhapova from the city of Arys, the 2nd place – Azhar Atishova from the village of orkug Akdala, the 3rd place-Ultuar Maulenova from the village of Bayyrkum.

At the same time, in the arm wrestling competition, the 1st place was taken by Ayymkoz Karabasova from the city of Arys, the 2nd place – Bibaisha Talasova from the rural district of Zhideli, the 3rd place was awarded to Kulyash Karynbayeva from the rural district of Akdala.

Arafa Musaliyeva from Arys won the draughts competition, and Indira Kiizbayeva from Akdala took the second place. The third place went to Ryskul Amanbekova, who defended the honor of the village of Montaitas.

The elders and participants of the solemn event thanked the organizers and gave their blessings.
